Yeah. So I view social media as . . . let’s start with a lot of people forget that social media has the word ‘social’ in it. They only see the media part of things, right? So they just kind of get that bullhorn and just blast that message over and over and over again. Kind of like what you would do in traditional marketing, whether that’s with your billboard or direct mail, different forms like that.

The thing I love about social media, some of the major platforms are Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram. I’ve seen people do things on Snapchat. There’s a whole plethora of different networks out there.

But I use primarily Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and then all leading back to that website.

Ah, okay. So all of these satellite platforms drive users, traffic back to your base station, which is your website. That’s the plan.

Yeah, I view them as highways. Each platform is like a different highway. Your goal, from wherever you are, is always to get back home. So you punch your home address into your GPS, and you take all the different highways and things like that to get back to your home.

I see Twitter as a highway, LinkedIn as a highway, Facebook as a highway, all driving them back to a place where I can control that message a little bit better, which is my website in my case.
