I find that I get a lot . . . One of the main questions that I get from conflict management professionals is, ‘How do I get started? Everything seems so large to me.’ If you’re coming at it from a mindset of, my target client is anyone that has conflict, of course you’re going to be overwhelmed with that. That is a lot of people. That is every single person in this world.


How do you start to reach them? I don’t know, that blows my mind, how I would even start with something like that. But by niche-ing that down and really focusing on, this is a specific person that I’m looking to get as a client, then it becomes a little bit more manageable.
